As the primary passenger contact at the airport, Northwest Airlines’ Customer Service Agents are at the forefront of ensuring our guests have a first-class experience from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:
We currently seek part-time (20-25 hours per week) Customer Service Agents who can take us to an even higher level, assisting passengers at the airport.

Customer Service Agents are responsible for:

• Checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates
• Verifying documentation
• Assigning seats and providing gate information
• Checking baggage

Qualifications:
The Customer Service Agent position requires the following:
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Flight Attendants are responsible for:

Provides beverages and meals in flight. Cleans and keeps up company aircraft interiors. Maintains proper food and beverage stock for the aircraft and hangar supply cabinet. Assures food safety through proper food handling techniques and assurance of currency of dated consumables.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
- Human relations and communication skills.
- Advanced culinary skills.
- Previous experience as a flight attendant preferred.
- Able to secure a U.S. passport and a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Able to obtain AED and In-flight Injury and Illness Certifications, and be able to handle in-flight emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary can be up to $18.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
