The First Officer assists the Captain in piloting the assigned Flexjet aircraft for both domestic and international flights providing a safe flight for Flexjet owners during their scheduled rotation. He/she will be responsible for duty assignments and all training activities. Insures that the appropriate catering is aboard the aircraft and the aircraft interior has been cleaned and stocked for the flight. Greets the passengers and assists with passenger seating and luggage storage. In the absence of the Captain or as delegated, conducts the passenger briefings. At the conclusion of flight duties, insures that all maintenance write-ups are passed to the maintenance personnel and that dispatch is alerted to the current status of the aircraft. Assist with emergency evacuations. Supports other team members and conducts self in such a manner that he/she is respected by their team and others. Performs all operations in a safe manner and makes every reasonable effort to prevent others from committing unsafe acts. Communicates with other team members and supervisors in a professional manner. Demonstrates excellent customer relations skills. Displays excellent crew resource management skills.

Qualifications:

Must read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently.
Must live south Florida.
Must have aviation line service experience. We will train to our format and standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to converse with high net-worth clients and clearly communicate with Tower Operations in a friendly and professional manor.
Must be a quick learner and able to multi-task and maintain a high level of excellence.
Outstanding attendance, punctuality and dependable transportation are required.
Must work weekends and various shifts:

Shift Examples:

6 am - 2 pm
2 pm - 10 pm
10 pm - 6 am ? Every 5 - 6 weeks

General Job Description:

Assist in the daily duties of all Line Service Personnel including but not limited to:
Assist in marshaling all arriving and departing aircraft and the positioning of aircraft.
Ensure all departing aircraft are thoroughly prepared for the next flight.
Participate in moving aircraft in and out of company facilities with aircraft towing equipment.
Assist flight crews as needed.
Assist with and/or personally service aircraft lavatories.
Assist with daily facility cleaning light maintenance and general property upkeep. Ensure all such tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with performing company errands.

Schedule: Hours and days will vary. Possible shifts (6am – 2pm) and/or (2pm – 10pm). Weekend work required. 1/2 hour lunch with two 15 min breaks.

Starting Salary: Commensurate with experience.
