* 5+ years current experience as the facility Maintenance Manager, Director, or General Manager in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operation.
* Strong customer service, communication, organizational, management, and P&L skills.
* Expertise on avionics, airframe, engine, technical manuals, and return to service in the general aviation and business jet niche.
* In depth-knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
* Knowledge of contract management, work order, project management, maintenance tracking, database, and spreadsheet systems/ software.
* A&P license with Inspection Authorization and Bachelor Degree preferred.
* Stable career history.
* Ability to work at one of our more than 30 locations.
