The Airports Ground Operations Crew will load and unload customer luggage, meet arriving flights, help prepare and clean cabin for departure, operate ground service equipment, assist with fleet servicing, assist Customers with special needs, and any ad-hoc requests as needed. The CO-OP Engineer Technical Services primary role for Engine Maintenance Operations is to participate in and lead projects in support of engine maintenance production. This includes but are not limited to project management, process improvement, coordination of meetings, creating presentations and analyzing data and metrics. As a participant of the CO-OP, the successful candidate will have the opportunity the work with both internal and external customers from all levels of management. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Directs and coordinates, through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with planning for MOC and Line Maintenance divisions.  Responsible for implementations and carrying out objectives in the MOC planning organization.  Develops and implements methods for monitoring performance of work groups within the Line Maintenance as directed.  Coordinate between Planning and other support departments.  Ensure all aspects of fleet planning are covered in order to forecast work load efficiently and reduce maintenance impact on airline operations.
