The hours for this position will most likely be between 1:30 - 10:00 p.m., yet there is some flexibility with the start & end times.
Accountabilities:
* Maintains interior and exterior appearance and cleanliness of corporate aircraft. This includes cleaning cabin interior, windows, seats, carpets, folding tables, refreshment center, baggage areas and servicing the lavatory. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the flight deck area, cleaning the aircraft flight instruments, electrical console, and pilot seats. Also maintains inventory and restocks onboard refreshments and reading materials.
* Performs interior and exterior building housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, window washing, snow shoveling and trash removal in the passenger lounge and six administrative offices and parking area.
* Cleans, organizes and maintains the aircraft hangar and ground support equipment. Cleans and maintains hangar floor, operates floor scrubber, maintains cleanliness of three-stall parking garage, and operates other equipment as assigned. Complies with periodic checks of hangar and ground equipment for functionality. Secures the hangar by checking door locks and operating a security system.
* Assists with general administrative duties, answers phone, takes messages and provides general communication.
* Assists the Aircraft Maintenance Technicians in performing routine maintenance and monitors aircraft refueling.
* Dispatches and recovers aircraft, performs aircraft movement and controls entry onto the tarmac. Occasionally works outside on the airport tarmac.
* Loads and unloads passenger baggage, and repositions passenger and company vehicles.
* Maintains a professional working relationship with fellow employees, supervisors, managers and passengers.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
