Fleet Service Clerks perform the handling of items on and off aircraft, carts, containers,and trucks; transporting items between terminals and aircraft; receiving, delivering, weighing and documenting of cargo in a cargo specific facility (warehouse) or a loading dock area. Pick-up and delivery as indicated: mail at mail facility, baggage in bag room; cargo at the cargo facility or staging areas. Reads and fills out legibly, documents and forms necessary to the operational requirements of the airline. Includes ability to perform data entry. The cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin cockpit and lavatories; checking, handling, assembling, removing and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to check list specifications. Transporting furnishings and supplies to and from aircraft interiors.

External servicing of the aircraft including lavatory, potable water, external electricity, air start, and preconditioned air; includes checking all fluid levels.

Manager Maintenance Sales and Services - American Air -Tulas, OK

This position is responsible for marketing of Aircraft Component MRO activities for AA’s Maintenance and Engineering Division located in Tulsa, OK. Extensive domestic and international travel is required (seventy-five percent) in this position.
Responsibilities include:
 
-Ability to develop and identify target customer opportunities using sound business strategies and solutions to successfully market AA’s component maintenance services to the aviation industry; Develop and deliver professional marketing presentations to target customer, senior level executives and staff;
-Focus marketing efforts based on available CAM (Component Shops) capacity and capabilities;
-Negotiate terms and conditions of contractual agreements between AA and its customers, formalizing General Terms Agreement (GTA) and the Exhibits within departmental and company policies and procedures, as well as processing the agreement insuring execution of documents by all parties;
-Administer customer accounts to insure compliance of contractual obligations;
-Insure timely and accurate invoicing;
-Coordinate with support departments such as Marketing Sales Support, Planning, Production, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, QA, Legal, etc. to insure customer satisfaction;
-Represent AA at aviation industry conferences, networking and marketing AA MRO services as directed by senior leaders;
-Develop and present project-level proposal summaries for senior level review and consideration.
