The Flight Coordinator will exchange mission critical information with flight crews. In addition, responsibilities include flight locating and basic crew support (crew meal and aircraft cleaning coordination, hangar set up). The Flight Coordinator will perform essential day to day department related functions including, but not limited to:

- Providing flight releases
- Flight locating
- Interpreting weather reports and NOTAMs
- Recording flight times, fuel burns and delay codes
- Arranging crew meals, hangar space and other necessary FBO services
- Reviewing, faxing and cataloging paperwork (flight and MX logs, load manifests)
- Airport arrival slot procurement
- Faxing flight logs, itineraries, and other pertinent paperwork to crews prior to flight

Flight Coordinator | Denver

Great opportunity in ski country!

International Jet Aviation is looking for a motivated person to work as a Flight Coordinator for the DAY shift (8am-5pm). Experience with Part 91 operations and Part 135 on-demand charter is desired, but not required.

General Requirements:

3. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced flight operations environment while maintaining work accuracy and producing results that exceed our customer’s expectations

5. Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences such as high profile customers, potential customers, industry personnel, and executive management

8. Must be able to commute to IJA’s executive terminal located at Centennial Airport (KAPA), which is about 17 miles South of Denver.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive, schedule, and fulfill Part 135 charter and Part 91 flight requests per FARs, Company Operations Manual, department guidelines, and company policies and procedures
2. Maximize aircraft fleet efficiencies through comprehensive coordination and communication with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Charter Sales, and Hangar Operations
3. Other duties as required
