COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Client Services Rep

Client Services Representative

The Air Group, an Aircraft Management company, is seeking a Client Services Representative for our Van Nuys, CA office.

Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in Corporate Aviation

Duties / Responsibilities:

To provide a high level of preferred concierge style service, handling exclusively every aspect of The Air Group’s Management Client’s travel needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You will be responsible for responding to management clients travel needs, smoothly coordinating all communications between the management client and the charter, flight coordination, scheduling, accounting, maintenance and line service departments, both inter and intra-departmental. This communication should involve the appropriate Air Group person or persons to assist with requirements.

The candidate should possess a working knowledge in corporate aviation with specific detail to charter sales, flight coordination, aircraft operations and / or aviation related customer service. An understanding of aircraft operations, scheduling and maintenance is expected. A good foundation of discipline and accuracy is required.

Additional requirements: Standard computer knowledge, oral and written communication and a desire to be part of a high producing sales team.

Compensation / Benefits: Salary will be negotiable based upon experience. We offer a complete benefit package, including a 401k plan.

Owner Services; Cincy

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Owner Services Manager. This position will be based at our corporate headquarters at Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio. At this time, only local candidates will be considered.

Position Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

· Coordinate with Charter regarding subcontract and retail trips including but not limited to; processing owner approval; facilitating trip recoveries and updating shared information tools.

· Responsible for oversight of trip details including but not limited to passenger catering, transportation and other needs.

· Responsible for scheduling client flights and oversight associated with such trips.

· Responsible for requesting managed client’s permission to use their aircraft for EJM charters.

· Input Charter Managed crew schedule notes as needed. Be knowledgeable of Full Managed crew schedule.

· Must have detailed knowledge of the services provided by EJM, an understanding of aviation terminology, a general understanding of the various business aircraft and their operational capabilities.

· Assist in the input and research of flight/service deviations per the company’s deviation management process.

· Exercise good judgment and must exercise excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Client Services Director

General Summary: This position serves as the central point of account management activity and service. The Client Services Director is required to manage and lead our overall account management service process across all functional disciplines ensuring superior customer service. They will work with the account Client Responsible Officer, Client Aviation Manager and all support functions to support ongoing management activities for management contracts. They will be responsible for management and development of the Client Services Managers as well as selected CAM’s as assigned by their manager with the agreement of the CRO overseeing the account. The Client Services Director must be able to interact effectively with their client peers as well as all TAG personnel.
