stockxpertcom id148878 size1 Charter SalesThis dynamic individual will work in coordination with a team to provide a highly customized jet charter experience to TWC Aviation’s existing Clients, develop new Clients, and process inbound charter requests:

Principle Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound charter requests, listen to Clients requests, educate the Client regarding their aircraft and itinerary options, and provide accurate quotes in a timely manner. Follow up on each quote to determine final result.
  • Utilize leads created by marketing strategies to develop new retail Clients and wholesale relationships.
  • Create and seize opportunities to expand TWC’s Client base through face-to-face meetings, attending public events, industry networking opportunities and conventions.
  • Maintain an accurate customer preference database and utilize the information to create a uniquely customized jet charter experience.
  • Communicate with TWC’s managed aircraft owners to understand the goals for their aircraft and provide charter revenue with these goals in mind.
  • Develop relationships with customers and industry personnel to promote goodwill and generate new business.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

At least (1) year of Charter Sales, Flight Coordination, 135 specific dispatch, Aviation Marketing or Aviation Customer Service experience.

Good analytical skills, quick learner, able to think on your feet. Resourceful, self-motivated and focused on exceeding goals and objectives.

Understanding of FAR part 135 regulations.

Intermediate computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Experience in communicating with Fortune 1000 Executives, Hollywood entertainers, and high net worth individuals. Exemplify excellent communication skills in diverse settings and to a range of audiences. Establish expectations and bring resolution to any conflicts or problems that may arise.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Able to excel in a team environment and work well with others.

Fluent in English

Equipment To Be Used:

Computer, blackberry, fax machine, telephone, and calculator.

Must have own transportation.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory MVR.

Physical Requirements:

Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 25 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, telephone and other office equipment. Requires normal rage of hearing and vision.

Mental Requirements:

Must possess an untiring interest in meeting customer requests by maintaining superior customer care and service skills.

Must maintain exceptionally high degrees of initiative, motivation, focus and drive.

Must be able to think outside the box, but understand what’s inside the box.

Must maintain the ability to multi-task while maintain work accuracy and exceptional results.

Must maintain the ability to work quickly, accurately and effectively under deadlines.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work with unpredictable work hours and on-call requirements, as dictated by the flight schedule.

Some travel required (10%), meet and greet clients, trade shows, etc.
