Worldwide Jet is a provider of on-demand executive aircraft charter services, with immediate openings available for Flight Coordinators at its Millville, NJ Office.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, efficient team players, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have strong verbal and written communications skills, ideally with backgrounds in sales or service. Basic familiarity with aviation is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of day-to-day aircraft charter operations (quoting, scheduling, coordination of air/fbo/ground/hotel services, etc), as well typical office duties.
Applicants should be comfortable in the Microsoft Office environment and have the capacity to learn aviation related software.
The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is commensurate with level of experience. Bonuses and benefits become available after probationary period.
