This position assigns all open flying to qualified cockpit crewmembers according to Federal Aviation Regulations Part 121, especially Subpart Q (Domestic Operations – flight / duty time limitations and crew rest requirements), Subpart R (Flag Operations – flight time limitations), and Subpart S (Flight Time Limitations: Supplemental Operations); Continental Pilot CBA, including subsequent Letters of Agreement negotiated between the Company and ALPA; and established Company policies / practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous customer service experience a plus (preferably in the airline industry).
Computer knowledgeable.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Multi-task oriented and able to prioritize work load in a stressful environment.
Must be able to work any/all shifts (24-hour/7-day operation).
Emphasis on punctuality and attendance.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
