CONTRACTS MANAGER (proposals & contract management), Teterboro, New Jersey – Rockstar Aviation


·         Responsible for new business jet purchase agreements and negotiations with customers.

·         Lead customer introduction meetings to explain aircraft specifications along with the completion and delivery process.

·         Ensure all benchmarks in the purchase agreement are met.

·         Make recommendations to senior management if benchmarks appear as though they will not be met.

·         Contact person for the customer’s aircraft acquisition and delivery process.

·         Participate in customer specification development meetings and pre-sale agreement presentations.

·         Assist with proposal analysis preparation.

·         Coordinate execution of final purchase agreement

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         At least 5 years of proposal presentation/management, cost/price analysis, and negotiation in a business jet sales setting

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

·         Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international

·         Understanding of contract language
