Job duties include, but are not limited to, assisting pilots/passengers with aircraft fuel requests & catering needs, coordinating hotel & ground transportation requests & reservations, and courteously and efficiently collecting payment of services provided by Epps Aviation.
Customer Service Representative must dispatch fueling information to Line Technicians over two-way radio and communicate over ARINC frequency to incoming/outgoing aircraft. Individual should anticipate and meet the needs of the pilots and passengers. Exceeding their expectations is always a plus when providing services! Additional
duties include balancing fuel sheets, balancing cash drawer, transporting catering, valet parking cars, maintaining cleanliness of lobby.
Individual must have valid driver’s license and speak English. Must have excellent verbal and communication skills with customers and co-workers. Excellent telephone etiquette. Computer literate. Ability to work as a team player in a fastpaced environment and work well under pressure.
Education: High School diploma is mandatory.
