Director, Charter Sales – Sentient Flight Group

To develop internal and external clients for Charter Sales.


Responsibilities:

Solicit external clients for Charter Sales
Internal Charter fulfillment from Sales Directors
Convert long term Charter clients to Travel Card members
Identify, qualify and develop relationships with C-Level executives and individuals of high net-worth in assigned regions
Successfully manage new and existing prospects through the sales cycle

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and closing skills
Team player
Results-focused
Self-motivated
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Some overnight travel will be required
Desired Prior experience:
Prior industry and /or sales experience required
A proven track record of being an over achiever that has consistently exceeded goals and objectives
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
