Director, Charter Sales
To develop internal and external clients for Charter Sales.
* Solicit external clients for Charter Sales
* Internal Charter fulfillment from Sales Directors
* Convert long term Charter clients to Travel Card members
* Identify, qualify and develop relationships with C-Level executives and individuals of high net-worth in assigned regions
* Successfully manage new and existing prospects through the sales cycle
* Manage and maintain sales leads generated by marketing, inside sales and new business development
* Ensure a consistent performance of sales objectives each month

* Some overnight travel will be required
Experience:
* Prior industry and /or sales experience required
* A proven track record of being an over achiever that has consistently exceeded goals and objectives
* Must possess a high level of integrity with a proven ability to establish trust based relationships
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
