Hillsboro Aviation is accepting applications for a Part-Time Dispatcher.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe flight environment
- Distribute aircraft keys to appropriate people
- Monitor dispatch board
- Invoice customers for flights and materials
- Schedule flights and maintenance
- Answer multi-line phone
- Explain school’s flight programs to interested students
- Input data for flight school key indicators
 Job Requirements:
Required:
- Includes evening and weekend shifts as well as shifts during the work week. Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Shifts can vary depending on weather conditions.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Use web-based and other computer programs
- Be proficient at multi-tasking
Preferred:
- Aviation knowledge or experience
- Student or graduate of Hillsboro Aviation.
