E-MAIL MARKETING MANAGER

DUTIES:

· Develop and execute targeted one-time and triggered e-mail campaigns based on customer segmentation in order to increase purchase frequency, retention rates, and revenue per e-mail. Includes conceptualizing and selecting segments and promotions, overseeing creative group, working with various internal groups to ensure functionality and consistency with marketing programs, execution of e-mail campaigns, with analysis of e-mail campaign data.

· Creation, approval process, and implementation of all copy for spiritair.com e-mail programs.

· Recommend and execute strategy enhancements based on analysis of campaign results, customer behavior and buying patterns through each of Spirit sales channel, specific markets, seasonality, and customer demographics.

· Create campaign workflow to facilitate production and output of e-mail campaigns, maintain campaign calendars and meet deadlines.

· Work closely with our MIS team and external e-mail vendor to ensure data management and list hygiene.

· Assist in the development of e-mail program policies and procedures, including leading effort for e-mail operational best practices (privacy, spam, and deliverability).

· Manage e-mail budget/revenue and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Excellent writing skills.

· Strong experience in direct consumer market.

· Experience in analyzing user behavior data and making effective changes to programs based on the results.

· Proven track record in leveraging e-mail to increase revenue for a consumer, direct e-commerce business.

· Experience executing e-mail campaign programs utilizing applications from leading e-mail deployment vendors.

· Knowledge of list segmentation and selection and creative process in relation to e-mail.

· Understanding of e-mail privacy, new development in deliverability, and spam filters.

· Strong direct marketing and analytical skills.

· Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects.

· Demonstrated problem solving skills.

· Experience in travel/hospitality industry a strong plus.
