Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
This page will be updated from time to time as I survey the questions being asked about this site. By picking and choosing the most frequently asked and relevant questions and answering them herein, this page should cover most of the questions you may have about this site.
Q. How do I register for JetEmployment?
A. Registration is not necessary although there is a place in the lower left hand side of the page where you can register. However, there are very few places where you can comment as I have turned off almost all comments.
Q. Do you ensure my privacy as I search JetEmployment?
A. Absolutely. Unlike some sites which seek to have people register and added to an email list, JetEmployment has no such list. Occasionally I will get someone’s email address in the event that they correspond with me, but I don’t add this information to a database. I am sure you’ll find this a refreshing change — one less site on the internet interested in spamming you. What a concept!
Q. I would like to have jobs emailed to me. Can you do that?
A. No. However, there is an RSS feed you can access from your web page or site. Simply click on the link and you’ll see a summary of all of the latest jobs.
Q. I would like to advertise on this site. How can I go about and do that?
A. At present, I only advertise via Google’s AdWords program. Down the line I plan on adding other advertising opportunities, but for now you’ll have to use Google’s service in order to advertise on JetEmployment.
Q. I can’t seem to find a specific job I saw you mention elsewhere. Why is that?
A. Only the most current jobs are listed on the front page, therefore you can either enter the information within the search box or click on the appropriate category to locate the job. Either step should turn up what you want within moments.
Q. Other than being a FREE site, what sets JetEmployment apart from the rest?
A. Well, you save money — that is a given. Plus, I tap my vast reservoir of contacts within the business aviation, airport, and airline sectors of the Air Transportation Industry to bring to you a site that stands tall amongst the rest. Likely, you will find more listings on several other sites, but if you check closely many of those listings are simply copied from recruitment boards. Personally, I don’t think you should have to pay for something that is free elsewhere. So, no charge to you even for uniquely featured opportunities on JetEmployment.
