Requirements:
- Be 18 years old, minimum;
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent;
- Be able to meet medical standards;
- Be able to pass security clearance;
- Have Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status;
- Be bilingual (French and English). A third language such as German, Spanish, Cantonese, Creole, Greek, Dutch, Hindi, Croatian, or Portuguese would be a strong asset;
- Have previous customer service experience;
- Be able to accept an assignment to our Toronto or Vancouver base and be able to work away from home and work irregular hours;
- Be impeccably groomed and possess a high energy level;
- A certificate of completion from the Inflight Institute.com online training program* is an asset.
