Duties and Responsibilities:
* Detailed scheduling and support of Part 91 flight activity
* Coordination of Part 135 requests and activity on fleet aircraft
* Center point of communications as a liaison for the client with internal departments such as flight operations, flight standards, finance, maintenance, charter sales, and crew scheduling
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive company, passenger, and aircraft profiles
* Client reporting requirements specific to account
* Willing to work some week-ends and holidays
* On Call Rotation
* Monthly progress reporting to AAFS Management
* Responsible for Utilization of the AAFS fleet
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Must be a team player, have great inter-personal skills and the desire to work cross functionally with multiple departments
Experience:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* College degree preferred
* Applicants must have a business aviation background and a solid knowledge of Part 91 and Part 135 operations & regulations
