JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, dynamic individuals with excellent customer service skills. As an Owner Services Representative you will be responsible for fielding a high volume of incoming calls from exclusive clientele to schedule and confirm their flights, arrange catering and ground transportation upon request and provide general travel related information.
COMPENSATION
The starting salary for this position is $40K plus excellent benefits which include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
The schedule for this position varies and may include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. The position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Greenwich, CT (1 mile from the Westchester County Airport).

Requirements
# Extremely detail-oriented and accurate while handling high volume at a fast-pace
# Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
# Works well within a team and always goes ‘above and beyond’
# Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
# Handles situations in the best interest of both customer and company
# Proficient using the internet, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
# Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
# Associate’s Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
# The ability to lift and carry 35 lbs
Pay: $40,000/yr
