Summary: Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of private jet travel solutions and a Raytheon Company, is now hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our Dallas, Texas facility. This position will be primarily responsible to perform detailed inspections of all airframe and/or power plant work.



Duties and Responsibilities: Qualified candidates will have a complete and thorough understanding of all inspection methods, techniques and equipment required to determine the quality of airworthiness for the work that is being performed. Familiarity with the use of various inspection aids and the ability to interpret and report the results from the equipment; assure specified procedures are met to ensure completion of required inspections when inspection personnel shifts or assignment changes occur; ability to verify proper and accurate completion of all required maintenance and inspection record forms prior to return to service. Ensure that all inspections are performed in accordance with Flight Options Inspection Program (FOIP) & GMM, Manufactures Maintenance Manuals, any additional applicable FAR’s and FAA approved data. Determine serviceability of parts and review repair tags/documentation. Ability to ensure that all rejected, unapproved or unserviceable parts are handled accurately; accountability of all life-limited parts life status; conducting inspections and audit activities in a timely manner. Candidate must be familiar with Flight Options General Maintenance Manual and be able to assure all maintenance is performed and documented IAW FAR part 135 Air carrier requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified candidate must posses FAA Airframe and Power Plant certificate: IA preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience with various types of aircraft, power plant maintenance and inspection. Unrestricted abilities to perform all assigned job tasks in a safe and efficient manner; excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of intermediate mathematical calculations; safety conscious and service oriented; knowledgeable to use FARs and technical manuals; ability to work with minimal supervision individually and in a group setting; must be willing to work flexible shifts when needed and perform various duties as required.
