Republic Airways is accepting applications for an Inflight Services Supervisor. Provide support to all crew members. Supervises, directs and coordinates job performance and activities of the Flight Attendant Group.
Job Duties:
- Supervise, direct and coordinate performance, and appearance of crew members
- Coach and counsel Flight Attendants to assure understanding of and compliance with Company and departmental policies and procedures and distribute discipline when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Compliance Manager to complete drug and alcohol testing notifications
- Maintain and distribute Company manual revisions, bulletins and Jeppesen Airway Manual revisions to the Pilots and Flight Attendants as well as performing FAA mandated audits.
- Maintain and supervise crew room to ensure cleanliness and a full supply applicable forms, office supplies and crew member supplies as well as assuring with IT that all office equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Assist with other administrative duties including but not limited to reserve staffing, crew compliments and complaints, delays and manual revisions any injury reports and processing.
- Work with other departments to reassign Flight Attendants due to illness, etc. , occasionally replace a Flight Attendant as a crew member in short staffing situations and also occasionally assisting the Customer Service Group to assure an exceptional guest experience.
- Will be responsible to conduct crew debriefing as required.
- Work with other departments including Operations, Passenger Service, Catering, Aircraft Appearance and the Tower on a daily basis.
- Participate as a member on the Company’s Emergency Response Team
- Projects and additional duties as assigned by Inflight Management.
 Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to successfully complete Flight Attendant training and maintain their qualification
- Must possess strong leadership skills, above average organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to work with all levels of Company employees.
- Must be capable of effectively coordinating multiple projects with ever changing priorities and deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Possess the physical ability for strenuous physical work which includes heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to work varied schedules which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays as required by the operation.
